A homeowner in Parker City, Indiana had a dirt, vented crawl space that was allowing moisture and humidity to build up.  Our Foreman Joe and his crew members Troy, Juan Pablo, and Jesus encapsulated the crawl space with CleanSpace vapor barrier to seal the ground and walls.  

A homeowner in Cambridge City, Indiana was concerned about damp, humid air rising into her home during the summer.  Our Foreman Sai and his crew members Nelson and Juan sealed the crawl space dirt floor and block walls with CleanSpace vapor barrier to prevent moisture from passing through. 

A homeowner in Cambridge City, Indiana was concerned about musty smells coming from his crawl space and he could also see water intrusion at the entrance.  Our Certified Inspector Loni informed the homeowner that sealing the crawl space and adding a drainage system with a sump pump would keep the space dry.  Our Foreman Sai and his crew members Nelson and Juan installed an EZ Flow Drainage system, encapsulated the crawl space with CleanSpace vapor barrier, and added a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier.  

A homeowner in Wolcottville, Indiana was concerned about damp, musty smells in his home that he believed was coming from poor conditions in the crawl space.  Our Certified Field Inspector Isaac provided a thorough inspection of the crawl space and found dampness on the block walls and standing water in a few areas.  The existing vapor barrier was torn and not covering the entire dirt space so Isaac recommended a full vapor barrier encapsulation with wall insulation to improve humidity and moisture levels.  Our Foreman Josh and his crew members Nelson and Allam installed CleanSpace moisture barrier sealing the ground and walls combined with SilverGlo thermal wall insulation.  

Judy's crawl space did not have an encapsulation system and there was significant mold problems.  Our foreman Gunnar and his crew installed CleanSpace vapor barrier, completed mold remediation, and installed a SmartSump Pump.
