A homeowner in Coatesville, Indiana noticed a musty smell coming from her crawl space and suspected water and possibly mold.  Our Foreman Joe and his crew members Troy, Juan Pablo, and Jesus encapsulated the crawl space with CleanSpace vapor barrier to prevent moisture from passing through the ground and block walls. 

Sharon in Coatesville wanted to eliminate moisture and mold issues in her crawl space. After a free inspection, Casey recommended full encapsulation with drainage, sump pump, and mold remediation.

Josh and his crew began with soda blasting to remove mold and debris, then installed the CleanSpace Encapsulation System and a SuperSump pump with IceGuard, LawnScape outlet, and 15' discharge line. A SaniDry Sedona was added for humidity control, along with electrical outlets for the system. Band board blocking and an EverLast Door completed the project.
