Egress Window Installation - Zionsville, IN
Before: Bryan’s basement in Zionsville lacked natural light and a safe emergency exit, making the space feel dark and limiting its functionality. He scheduled a free inspection and estimate with basement specialist Mark to find the best solution.
After the inspection, Mark recommended installing a Rockwell egress window system featuring a 48” x 48” sliding window with proper drainage for water management. He noted that while the system includes drainage, full waterproofing would be needed to prevent water accumulation in the future.
Foreman Isaias and his crew began by removing a bush in front of the installation area, then excavated and prepared the opening for the new window. They installed the Rockwell well and sliding window, ensuring proper fit and drainage setup. A drain was stubbed to the top of the gravel bed, and dirt from excavation was left on-site for Bryan’s use.
