A homeowner in Fowler, Indiana was very concerned about the stability of his floors in the home and he also noticed interior dry wall cracks forming.  Our Certified Inspector Grant provided a thorough inspection of the crawl space and noticed the main wooden beam in the home had cracked and caused the floors above to become uneven.  Our Foreman Evert and his crew members Edwin, Miguel, and Ramon installed SmartJack support posts with a steel beam to stabilize the floors above. 

In Pine Village, structural concerns led Inspector Rob to recommend a full foundation support system.

Foreman Isaias installed Geo-Lock Wall Anchors with 12"x18" supports, C-Channels, and Hide-A-Way covers to reinforce bowing walls. Helical Piers were driven to stabilize the foundation, with anchor extensions used to bypass porch obstacles.

After excavating and backfilling around the affected walls, the home’s foundation was restored—secure, supported, and ready to stand the test of time.

A homeowner in Rockville, Indiana noticed uneven floors throughout his home, which our inspector Cory found were as a result of rotted floor joists in the crawl space.  Our Foreman Yahir and his crew members Hector, Victor, and Ramon installed a total of 4 SmartJack support posts to stabilize the floor joists and relevel the floors above.
