A Frito Lay plant in Frankfort, Indiana reached out to us regarding pier installation for new construction they planned to add in building.  Our Foreman John and his crew members Phil and Jon-Wesley installed a total of 25 Helical Piers to stabilize and prepare the area for new construction.  

A homeowner in Frankfort, Indiana was concerned about low spots in the floors in his home.  Our Foreman Joe and his crew members Erick and Mario installed a total of 8 SmartJack support posts and a steel supplemental beam to provide support to the floors joists and level out the floors above.

Homeowner Garla had sagging floors in her living room and her crawl space was damp.  Our Foreman Terry and his crew installed the SmartJack Support System to stabilize the sagging floors and encapsulated the crawl space with CleanSpace Vapor Barrier.
