A homeowner in Seymour, Indiana was concerned about large stair-stepping cracks in her block basement foundation wall that continued to get larger over time.  Our Certified Inspector Cory recommended permanently stabilizing the walls before a complete foundation wall failure occurs.  Our Foreman Isaias and his crew members Olvin, Edwin, and Kevin installed a total of 6 C Channel Wall Anchors to prevent the wall from moving any further.  

Michael's home was experiencing foundation settlement that needed to be corrected to prevent further damage and added costs.  Our Foreman Todd and his crew installed Helical Piers to stabilize and restore the foundation back to its original level.
