A homeowner in Greenfield, Indiana noticed that the floors in his home were uneven in a few places.  Our Certified Inspector Cameron spoke to the homeowner about us provided support with steel beams and jacks to stabilize the foundation.  The homeowner also had issues with humidity and moisture in his crawl space and did not have a vapor barrier.  Our Foreman Joe and his crew members Erick and Melvin installed CleanSpace vapor barrier to prevent moisture from passing through the ground and SmartJacks to stabilize the floors above.  

A homeowner in Pendleton, Indiana has a poured concrete retaining wall around an outside patio that was leaning from foundation settlement.  Our Foreman Emilio and his crew members Denis, Marcos, and Eliuc installed Geo-Lock earth anchors to provide permanent stabilization to the retaining wall. 

A building owner in Warsaw, Indiana noticed large exterior brick foundation cracks and was concerned about the structural integrity of the building.  Our Foreman Chris and his crew members Jon-Wesley, Jake, and Juan installed a total of 14 Helical Piers to lift the foundation back to its original level and prevent the cracks from getting any larger.  

A homeowner in Wabash, Indiana was concerned about low, uneven spots in her floors caused by a lack of support in the crawl space.  Our Foreman Evert and his crew members Miguel, Edwin, and Ramon installed a total of 10 SmartJack support posts and a steel supplemental beam to stabilize the floor joists in the crawl space.
