A homeowner in Daleville, Indiana had failing floor joists in her crawl space causing sagging floors in the home above.  Our Foreman Joe and his crew members installed SmartJack support posts to stabilize the floors above and encapsulated the crawl space with CleanSpace vapor barrier.

A homeowner in Daleville, Indiana was concerned about some unevenness and lows spots in the floors in her home.  Our Certified Inspector Jay provided a thorough inspection of the crawl space and noticed that the floor were sagging due to poor support of the wooden floor joists.  Our Foreman Sai and his crew members Beto and Nelson installed a total of 12 SmartJacks to stabilize the floors above the crawl space.

Foreman Sai installed sister joists, SmartJack posts, a new treated sill plate, and band board blocking to reinforce and stabilize the crawl space structure.

With framing secured, the crew removed debris and sealed the area with CleanSpace encapsulation. A SaniDry Sedona and condensate pump were added for moisture control, with outlets installed to power the system.

The result: restored foundation strength and a cleaner, drier crawl space.
