Homeowner Pete had bowing walls in his basement causing crucial foundation issues.  Our Foreman Todd and his crew installed GeoLock Anchors to stabilize the walls and prevent any further damage.  

A homeowner in Berne, Indiana had large exterior foundation cracks in the brick at the front entryway of his home.  Our Certified Inspector Isaac thoroughly inspected the exterior of the foundation to determine the best solution to stabilize the foundation.  Our Foreman Evert and his crew members Miguel, Edwin, and Ramon installed a total of 4 Helical Piers to permanently stabilize the home.  

A homeowner in Decatur, Indiana had bowing walls in her basement that allowed water to seep through.  Our Foreman Isaias and his crew members Olvin and Marcos installed PowerBraces to permanently stabilize the bowing walls and a WaterGuard perimeter drainage system with Wall vapor barrier to help redirect the water seepage to a sump pump.  

A homeowner in Decatur, Indiana noticed dry wall cracks above doors in his home and separation in the exterior foundation of his home.  Our certified inspector Isaac recommended permanently stabilizing the foundation with Helical Piers.  Our Foreman Isaac and his crew members Edwin, Ramon, and Victor installed a total of 9 Helical Piers to prevent any further foundation movement. 

A homeowner in Grabill, Indiana noticed that his basement wall was bowing inward and the problem seemed to be getting worse over time.  Our Certified Inspector Nick met with the homeowner and recommended a solution that would permanently stabilize the walls to prevent any further movement.  Our Foreman Isaias and his crew members Olvin and Jose installed a total of 6 PowerBraces on the basement foundation wall.
