The Basement Systems of Indiana foundation repair crew led by our Foreman Wes was tasked with installing Push Piers to permanently stabilize the exterior foundation of a Napa Auto Parts Store in Union City, Indiana that had some severe wall cracks.    

A homeowner in Union City, Indiana was very concerned about bowing foundation walls in his basement.  Our Foreman Chris and his crew members Dakota and Anthony installed PowerBraces to permanently stabilize the walls and prevent any further movement.  

A homeowner in Spencerville, Indiana was concerned about low uneven spots in the floors on the main level of his home.  Our Certified Inspector Eric did a thorough inspection of the crawl space and found that the main wooden beam in the crawl space was cracked, which was causing the floors above to sag.  Our Foreman Joe and his crew members installed SmartJack support posts with a steel supplemental beam to provide stabilization. 

A homeowner in Saint Joe, Indiana was concerned about the floors being unlevel in his home.  Our Certified Field Inspector Eric provided a thorough inspection of the crawl space and found high levels of humidity that had caused wood rot to the floor joists.  Our Foreman Joe and his crew members Erick and Jorge installed steel SmartJack support posts and beams providing permanent stabilization of the floors. 

A homeowner in Coatesville, Indiana reached out to Basement Systems of Indiana to help with a concrete slab attached to a side door of the home that had sunk several inches causing a major tripping hazard.  Our Certified Inspector Rob recommended our PolyLevel system to raise the concrete back to it's original level.  Our Foreman Beto and his installer Trey injected poly urethane foam and slowly lifted the slab back to it's original position.
