A homeowner in Carmel, Indiana had fiberglass insulation in his crawl space that was absorbing moisture and started to fall.  Our Certified Inspector Grant recommended encapsulating the crawl space, removing the fiberglass insulation, and adding a thermal insulation barrier.  Our Foreman Sai and his crew members Nelson and Jose sealed the ground and wall with CleanSpace vapor barrier and added SilverGlo thermal vapor barrier.

After the inspection, our specialist recommended a full encapsulation system with humidity control and insulation upgrades. The crew removed old fiberglass insulation and installed the CleanSpace Encapsulation System to seal out ground moisture. A SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier was added to maintain low humidity, supported by new electrical outlets for safe operation. For energy efficiency, SilverGlo insulation was installed along the walls and rim joist, and a durable EverLast crawl space door was added for improved access.
