A homeowner in Claypool, Indiana was concerned about musty smells rising into her home from the crawl space.  Our Certified inspector Sam educated the homeowner on the importance of encapsulating the crawl space to prevent moisture from passing through the dirt floor.  Our Foreman Evert and his crew members Miguel and Edwin sealed the crawl space ground with CleanSpace vapor barrier and added a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier.  

This homeowner had a damp crawl space and sagging floors above the floor joists.  Our foreman Jon and his crew used Smart Jacks to stabilize the sagging floors above the crawl space, and also installed a full encapsulation system that includes our CleanSpace vapor barrier and SilverGlo wall insulation.
