Then, we installed the CleanSpace encapsulation system to seal out ground moisture, paired with a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier for humidity control. For added protection, a SmartSump pump system with an airtight lid and WaterWatch alarm was installed, along with IceGuard and LawnScape outlets for safe water discharge.
