On time and courteous. You should get them some 2.5 gallon and the short squatty 5 gallon Menards buckets as they seem to like using those.
What made you choose our company:
I had 3 contacted local contractors to help with my problem and after the first initial visit, no one would get back to me. No one told me why. I assumed it was because I wanted the basement done first, and they didn't want to do it. I searched online and the reviews were good. I called and asked them to send someone out knowledgeable as I had a unique problem. I wasn't pressured with phone calls. I didn't have a competing company come out because the competing company kept calling. I prefer email and I had said that. There are things I would have done differently if I had known what they found after beginning the work, which ended up costing more for a more permanent solution, but there was no way of knowing until they started. The guy in charge explained everything well. Now that the mold is contained (no more water) I can proceed with washing walls and painting on the main floor.
