Investing in a crawl space project is a big commitment. After Mid America Basements Systems did the work there was no doubt it was worth it.
Mr. Wenzel was fantastic. He explained everything with patience and detail. I could ask him any question, and he would answer it honestly.
The installation crew was AWESOME. The foreman was very knowledgable and helped us identify problems that didn't even involve his system or installation. He cared about us having a crawlspace that was the best it could be all the way around. My husband and I could felt we could trust him 100%. The crew also worked in weather that was not the best, but they never complained. They were professional, dedicated, and honest.
I was very happy the crew cleaned up its mess. Not all businesses do that as well as this crew did.
