Justin Bailey was great. He came out twice to answer questions and redraw the estimate before we signed the contact and put down a deposit and was even there on day of installation because he was in the area. Very informative and polite.
Oscar Munoz (foreman) and Jaime Munoz (assistant foreman) and Jose were great. They were friendly and knowledgeable and kept us informed on the progress and the expectations. Our job lasted 2 days. They ahead when they were about an hour away on day 1 and they stayed until after 7pm. They said they would be back at 7 am the next day and didn't get there until 8 am. But we are very happy with the finished product and their hard work, being knowledgeable and keeping us informed of progress .
They cleaned everything up and left the area cleaner than when it started.
What made you choose our company:
We did get an estimate from Tomlinson Cannon. They were cheaper for the basement system but we liked how your system had a triple safe sump pump, and we could get new basement windows and new sunhouses and the basement waterproofing system . It was just a more complete package/ waterproofing system. It was explained well by our estimator Justin Bailey. The foreman Oscar Munoz and Assistant Jaime Munoz were also great and knowledgeable and hardworking.
The crew was great to work with! Very professional and personable.
