I received exceptional service from the installation team at MidAmerica Basement Systems. Their craftsmanship and attention to detail were outstanding. Despite working through incredibly tough soil, they replaced a sub-grade window, installed a new discharge line for the upgraded pump system, and tied in the roof gutter downspouts — all with great professionalism. No one ever wants to deal with a flooded basement or have to pay for this kind of work, but when it happens, you want a team that knows exactly what they’re doing.
