Job review from Deb in on 08/12/26

Overall Rating:

5 out of 5

Working with Scottie Mohr and the team at MidAmerica Basement Systems for my radon mitigation has been an absolute pleasure from start to finish. Scottie came out to provide my quote, thoroughly explained the entire process, walked me through the contract, and gave me time to think it over with zero high-pressure sales tactics. When I decided to move forward and requested a few weeks to prepare, they graciously worked with my timeline. On installation day, Scottie called ahead to let me know when to expect him. He was professional, friendly, efficient, and took the time to explain what he was doing every step of the way. I felt completely comfortable with the entire process and couldn't be happier with the service. Highly recommend!
