The TrenchDrain is a grated drain that will be connected to the WaterGuard. The WaterGuard will drain the water that is seeping into the sump pump system.
WaterGuard and Foamax have been installed in this basement. The Foamax gives the basement a semi-finished look but can also be covered if the homeowner decides to finish the basement.
BrightWall Paneling System is plastic paneling that is permanently installed to cover the walls, stop water vapor from seeping into the living space and drain wall leaks.
The BrightWall Panels have been installed with special fasteners and can also direct water that seeps in down into the WaterGuard. Here the WaterGuard has been installed along the wall to intercept the water that seeps into the basement.
Here you can see the RockWell Window Well has been installed. The RockWells "True Texture" mimics stone to look like landscape and not an industrial window well. As you can see in the picture, the inside of the well has built-in steps so that you can rest assured you can exit the basement in an emergency.
The PowerBrace System provides support to bowing or tilting walls.
FlexiSpan Crack Repair is three layers of protection from water. First a layer of sealant, followed by a FlexiSpan Foam Strip and a sealant overlay. Water will not be able to seep through this system.
The SmartJack has a steel pier that is set into a structural stone and attached to the floor joist.
