  I wanted to let you know how happy I am with the job done on my basement. The whole procedure was with almost no stress, and Sam explained everything to me until I'd understand, even when it meant me bugging him with text questions. He never got impatient! Everyone was friendly and professional, and always ready to answer any questions as they worked. I am very happy with how it turned out, and when we had the big rain storm last weekend, I went down cellar and not a drop was leaking! But I could hear water in the drainage pipes, so knew there would be no water on my floor! It made me smile! You are a very good company to work with, and I would recommend you to anyone. I also appreciated the fact that everyone there is a good communicator, always getting right back to me if I called, and passing on the information if needed. I hope you all have a safe and happy Memorial Day weekend, and thanks again for such a wonderful job. I really do think Sam deserves a bonus, if you knew how often I bugged him with questions!!
