Comment: Floor of enclosed porch has been insulated incorrectly, I think. Spray foam has been applied at the joists and underlayment with some, (½") between joists. This was followed with rolled insulation fitted singly between the 16" on joists with the paper side facing toward the ground. Then a sheet of plastic was attached to the underside of the joists. Then 4'X8' sheets of OSB were fastened to bottom edge of the joists. All seams of the 4X8's were sealed with spray foam. Basement ceiling is largely uninsulated. Perimeter of foundation at rim joists has spray foam. I have deliberately waited until now to finish this project because the previous had a serious infestation of mice which has finally been eliminated...hopefully.
