    First rep I dealt with in 2019 took weeks to get estimate done. Then his boss had to come and look at the job after. Job was being rushed and there was no good prep under the foam panels. I had to call and complain for it to be done right. Makes me wonder what happens to those who do not know the process and how many may have been taken advantage of.
