She acts as a point of contact, a troubleshooter, and a scheduler. She is Green University certified, and customer service has been an integral part of her career for over 30 years. She stays busy in the Service Department, so when she has time off, she likes to take it easy, whether it's being outdoors, reading, or listening to music.
