Rich is new to the TC Hafford Basement Systems team, however he's been in the Basement Systems network for quite some time! He brings a wealth of knowledge, having formerly been a Production Manager before becoming a System Design Specialist. Rich understands all of the ins and outs of our products - how to install them, how they work. He is DOT and OSHA certified, and also a graduate of the Fire Academy. Rich loves meeting customers to inspect their homes, helping to educate them on our company and how we can permanently solve their problems. He enjoys knowing he is helping people have a safe and healthy home. When he's not in a basement, Rich loves watching movies with his kids, fixing things, and supporting his kids with their jujitsu careers.

Had a visit for an estimate by Rich Miles. He was thorough and answered each of my questions completely. On one issue he wasn't sure if they could help but is going to check. If they can't do it he told me he would have referrals for me. Very professional but best of all, VERY HONEST! Not once did he try to upsell me. In fact he relieved a couple of my concerns by suggesting I wait rather than spend money needlessly. All of this guarantees I will gladly use this company in the future and recommend them to others. I had an expert Rich Miles. I had previously had 2 other quotes companies to evaluate the leak. However this company pointed towards defer the diagnosis after remove insulation and plumbing pipes ( including toilet as cause of flood) I would recommend this company highly as these other companies happily would have taken 15k from me to add pettier drain and the troubles were not related to foundation. I would highly recommend
