Mike Pinard came for an estimate today. He was friendly and knowledgeable. He gave us great information, taught us a lot in the half hour he was here. And he did not try to sell us products or services that were not going to take care of our problem. He understood why we have a musty smell in the crawl space under our sun room, and he recommended a contractor who could remedy the problem. There was no charge for his expertise and time. "Estimates are free," he said. I was impressed with Mike and intend to share with our condo board about him and TC Hafford Basement Systems. We will be happy to do business with this company if and when the need arises.
