Exceptional service from start to finish. The initial phone call was handled very professionally (i.e. scheduled an in-home service visit and mailed a package to me). Very knowledgeable salesperson. Very professional installation. There was a hiccup with the height of the pump (i.e. it was pumping water when the water level was already low) but the issue was promptly and professionally resolved. Your company is VERY well managed. (I work in the construction field so I probably have a greater understanding of how things work in our industry compared to the average consumer.)
