Our Overall Service
The service calls with Craig Z were excellent. However, the original installation was only fair. The dehumidifier was not positioned properly and was also leaking in the crawlspace. That was the first service call to fix the leak and relocate the dehumidifier. A second service call was needed because the salesman didn't account for enough vent covers to finish the job. That resulted in a second service call. Everything seems fine now.
