Sales Process
Wanted to change email address and phone number to use as contact info from when original estimate was made. Salesperson indicated he had many emails and couldn't easily make the change, nor was he that familiar with the estimating software. Didn't feel as if he valued our business.
Our Installation Crew
Bob was very efficient, professional, and personable. took time to explain what he was doing, what he did and how to remove covers from window wells if need be.
