Installation date was changed after I had unhooked our water softener, which was very inconvenient.
Sales Process
Sales guy was great but told me I had to remove some sections of outside wall siding to accommodate the drain pipe. I couldn't remove them without damage ($135 in replacement costs), and it turned out the installation crew didn't need them removed at all. Would suggest that the salesperson be more thorough in his instructions.
