Did not receive return call related to scheduling the correcting incorrect prep and pouring of concrete around our boiler.

Our Installation Crew
Three different crews were involved in our instillation. It seemed to be there was a lack of communication between whoever was supposed to tell the prep crew how our basement was to be set up, and also between the concrete pouring and clean up crew.
The Cleanup Process
After cutting out the concrete that was incorrectly pour up next to our boiler. It looks like from the pictures that the loose concrete pieces were not clean up around the boiler.
