Our Overall Service
Overall, the experience was positive. However, I was a bit disappointed that some changes were made on-site. The original plan included a grated water track around the water pump and hot water heater, which would have provided extra protection in case of leaks. Instead, the team installed WaterGuard and ran it behind those units, which seems less effective for potential water issues in that area.

The Cleanup Process
After installation, I noticed a few areas that needed cleanup. I had to remove concrete chunks from sections of the WaterGuard lip to clear the drainage path, and several access ports were filled with plastic shavings. There was also leftover debris, including concrete pieces under the oil and water tanks, that I needed to clean up. But the majority looked pretty clean.
