Crawl Space Dehumidification in South Egremont, MA

This homeowner in South Egremont, MA reached out to us because they needed a better dehumidification system for their crawl space and they were also interested in having it encapsulated. On installation day, the crew fully encapsulated the crawl space with our CleanSpace vapor barrier system to seal off the space from outdoor impact. Crawl Space Moisture in Great Barrington, RI

This homeowner from Great Barrington, MA was on the lookout for proper insulation to keep his moist crawl space in better shape. His old debris was falling apart and unfortunately grew mold, so he definitely needed something new! Luckily, our team responded with an installation of SilverGlo wall insulation! This is our radiant heat barrier that is perfect for keeping any crawl space at a consistent temperature all year long! Crawl Space Encapsulation in Great Barrington, MA

This new homeowner in Great Barrington, MA gave us a call when they were planning on moving into the house. They wanted the crawl space to be encapsulated shortly after they moved in so our appointment center worked with them to make sure that happened! On installation day, our crew started by removing any debris that was in the space. Then they laid down drainage matting over the floor of the crawl space to prevent any water from pooling inside. They insulated the walls of the space with our SilverGlo wall insulation which regulates temperature and won't deteriorate over time. Then the crew fully encapsulated the crawl space with our CleanSpace vapor barrier. They installed our CleanSpace SmartDrain to keep the space dry and they lastly set up our SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to keep humidity low. Now the homeowner is free to fully enjoy their new home without worrying about the crawl space!

Westfield, MA Crawl Space Encapsulation

This homeowner in Westfield, MA was finding that their crawl space was full of moisture and had a musty smell. A friend of theirs recently had work done on their home by us so they knew DryZone was the team to trust. Connor, one of our inspectors, took a look at the crawl space during the free estimate and determined that encapsulation was the way to go. On installation day, foreman Lucio and his crew got to work! They began by laying our drainage matting over the dirt floor and insulated with our TerraBlock and SilverGlo insulations. The drainage matting allows water to flow under and out of the space instead of getting stuck inside of it. The TerraBlock is laid over the drainage matting and insulates the floor while the SilverGlo insulates the walls, insulation is key for regulating the temperature in the crawl space. Next, the crew was ready to fully encapsulate the space with our CleanSpace vapor barrier, which seals of the space and protects it from water and other outside factors. This crawl space also had a vent that lead outside, so the crew installed our Everlast Door over it to completely protect the space from being negatively impacted from the weather. This homeowner is now much happier with the conditions of their crawl space and we're grateful to their friend for the referral!
