Service Tech was excellent-explained everything and answered all my questions.
Erin was excellent. Set up the appointment and called me as promised the day before to confirm. I noticed on the post card I was sent that I was entitled to a 5% discount on any new item that was purchased and feel that the 5% discount should apply to the Sani-Dry dehumidifier
Excellent-as I said above he was very professional and helpful with the instructions on my new Sani-Dry dehumidifier. He also gave me a quote on your new caulking & wall covering material and said he would follow up with an email.
