The gentleman who originally gave me my estimate quit working at the company and I did not find out until I called to find out why my installation hadn't been scheduled. That being said that was the ONLY subpar experience I had. The owner came out and redid the estimate for my house. Although it was originally estimated too low, he agreed to honor it. Emilio and his crew (Kyle and Josh) were super friendly and kept my house exceptionally clean.

Courtney was very knowledgeable and friendly, and was able to answer all of my questions quickly.

The first gentleman was very friendly and explained everything throughly. Todd (the owner, and second salesperson) was also nice and answered the more detailed questions I thought of between my first meeting and the second one. He also honored the lower estimate for the work, which I appreciated.

Emilio, Kyle and Josh were awesome and very positive the whole time (even though they had to go up and down many, many stairs). They were very helpful and explained what would happen during the day. They also answered all the questions I had during the process. Emilio did a great job explaining how the system worked at the end of the job.

My basement and house are so clean! You would not guess that they were jackhammering the floor out earlier today. I am so thankful for all the care Emilio, Kyle and Josh took protecting my floors and ensuring the dust stayed out of my house.
