I should have updated my cell number from last year when I was first thinking about installing a dehumidifying system.

only miss: Needed to clarify / better detail the electrical hookups in advance. It was not clear prior to installation that an electrician would be needed.

The two installers were early, called to check if early was ok. Very clear with instructions and explained each step in the process. Very professional/easy-going team.

Very straight forward. It was noted that the crawlspace liner is not sealed as daylight can be seen on the far end of the crawlspace. VERY limited access / tight space to check.
