Curtis, who did the maintenance on the sump pump explained how the DryZone dehumidification system worked; features, and benefits. I showed him my current set up which he said is too small for the space. Same for the one on the finished part of the basement. I went ahead on the spot and paid in full. Once the first one was installed, I decided to have one installed on the other side.
Curtis and Eric are the best! Eric installed the 2nd dehumidification on Tuesday. He was friendly, thorough in his explanation of the installation and answered all of my questions. We chatted about DryZone being a top notch company from my experience and his. I said you're the best service company that I have done business with, which he was happy to hear. He shared how this is the best company he's worked for: caring about customers first, Carrying excellent equipment for sales and installation and how employees are valued. This is great to know, it shows! The service and maintenance is fantastic a experience as well.

Years ago, when we built the house and had water coming in the basement, my ex-husband called DryZone to install our sump pump. You gave been maintaining the system for all these years. Curtis came this past winter for maintenance. It was at the end of the job that he recommended the dehumidification system. He came back to install which was super.
