What made you choose our company:

I have had a basement water problem in my Cape home since the house was built over 40 years ago. I installed a sump pump of my own to handle the ground water coming through the floor. It stopped the basement from getting 7-8 inches of water but would leave pools of water all around the basement, making it not useable. I researched basement contractors and Dry zone seemed to be the right fit for me. The estimator Dan laid out how and where the pumps would be installed and the perimeter drain channel they would install. I had contemplated filling in the basement 1.5 feet but that would cut my ceiling height to less than 6ft. This was my last ditch effort to correct the problem. Carlos and his crew came out and installed the system in a remarkable 2 days and did a phenomenal job. The skill and professionalism they showed was great. They cleaned up afterwards like they had never been there. Carlos was easy to talk to and knew what he was doing. Time will tell if the system works like I think it will, but it makes sense that it would. I would recommend Dry Zone any day of the week.
