What made you choose our company:
We just moved into our new home and as the summer came I noticed that crawlspace was very humid. Before I reached out to Dryzone basement systems I had another company give me a quote to look at the crawlspace in my home. Well, they wanted to do a call and have me take pictures. I took the pictures and had a call with the owner who said that they would drain the dehumidifier to the same pipe as the laundry then I would have to have a concrete company come out and drill a 10 inch hole in the crawlspace for makeup air. That didn't seem right to me and the owner didn't respond to my emails. For me the right thing to do was to come to my house to evaluate the issue even during Covid to provide an accurate assessment. I then reached out to Dryzone Basement and they gladly came to my home to take an assessment. I felt they did a great job and will likely reach out to them in the future.
