The Customer service with my original Sump pump has always been excellent and when Curtis Bess came out to service it , we got talking about the waterproofing issue I needed done and he was excellent in explaining and was very knowledgeable so it made sense to have dry zone do the job and I’ve sent referrals to a few people. One of which , Curtis went out and had a dehumidifier installed within the week . I’m very happy with the service all around
