Drop the nonsensical discount in your sales presentation. Degrades an otherwise professional presentation with a sleezy finish.
Would have been a '5' had I received my Certificate within a couple of days. Still waiting for the credit card receipt too.
Presentation was fine, but I wondered why I got a price then 'here's your discount'. That struck me as sleezy. JUST TELL ME THE PRICE, not this other BS.
Crew was excellent. I was overly impressed with their entire process. Can actually say I've never seen anything like it.

Price, salesperson professionalism. I contacted 2 waterproofing companies. Other way less professional, higher price. Uniforms would be a nice touch.
