I had 3 estimates done. The first 2 were EXTREMELY OVERPRICED. Those salesmen did not even enter my crawlspace, and expected me to hire them on the spot. Jay came over, went into my crawlspace, spent over an hour down there, and gave me a price 2/3 LESS than those other companies! I hired Dryzone on the spot!
