Todd came to the house on two different occasions to explain the product. He was genuine and sincere and did not try any high pressure selling tactics. It was refreshing to not hear him talk badly of his competitors as some of the other estimates we received did. Jeremy and his crew were terrific. They worked non-stop, but were still efficient and left the basement as clean as before they arrived.
