Benny Gentile adequately explained and gave us physical demo of the process and a thorough explanation which any layman could understand. Very honest and forthright with no hard sales sell.
The three man crew seemed to work well together and each offered explanation as to what they were doing. Excellent customer service skills and very polite in their conversations to me. Connor went out of his way and did a superb job in completing every stage of the project.
Good clean up however suggest using a vacuum rather than a push broom to get the fine dust particles off the floor.
