We had bought our house in October and by November the basement was flooding out. After finding out the foundation was installed without a drain system around it, we had the much more expensive option of digging all around the foundation of the house to correct the problem or go with the lesser of the two fixes and have a DryZone Basement Systems installed inside the basement to correct the problem. We chose that fix and it continues to work well almost 5 years later. We have a dry basement and very happy that this system corrected the problem.
