This homeowner just noticed that the crawl space had some water damage on the walls and floor although they suspected it had been happening for a while. There was no standing water but the water had been coming in from the walls. We installed Drainage Matting on the floor of the crawl space to allow water to flow and be directed to the sump pump to drain. We then installed the CleanSpace Vapor Barrier which is a thick durable liner similar to a pool liner. This liner prevents water vapor and humidity from passing through it. By keeping your crawl space dry, you are protecting your structure and insulation from mold and rot.

The sloping crawl space seen in the before photo was in need of an encapsulation, badly. The owners had already seen mold and standing water present. By regulating moisture in the crawl space, this will help rid this home of its past mold problems.
