Terry noticed she had a dirt floor crawl space under her home. She worried about pests or extra water inside her home, so she called Ayers for help. We sent a team of specialists to her house, and they decided to install the CleanSpace vapor barrier. CleanSpace is an antimicrobial material designed to last alongside the house, far longer than a store-bought tarp. John and his wife’s retirement home in Luzerne, MI, nestled in the peaceful Huron National Forest, needed a crawl space upgrade. Our team installed a durable underlayment (drainage matting) to manage incoming moisture, followed by a crawl space sump pump system (SmartSump®) to collect and remove moisture intrusion. A customer from Afton Michigan gave us a call referring to her crawlspace that was wet and smelly.
