This historic lakeside home in Forestville, MI, faced major basement issues, including bowing and crumbling walls, severe cracking, and a dirt floor that allowed water intrusion.  Before Ayers Basement Systems stepped in, James and Donna's crawl space was a damp, musty nightmare. Water seepage had taken its toll, creating an unsuitable environment for storing anything. Once our team installed the CleanSpace liner, the transformation was remarkable. The once-damp crawl space is now dry, clean, and usable.

Chad and Laura have lived in their 1990s home for eight years. When they bought it, the previous owner said the basement was sealed to keep out water.
