Megyn and Carl needed a permanent solution to moisture and structural concerns in their 1909 South Bend, IN, home before moving in. Our team installed WaterGuard®, CleanSpace®, SmartJack®, and a TripleSafe™ sump pump to waterproof the basement, encapsulate the crawl space, and reinforce the foundation. After a final walkthrough with our Production Foreman, Zak, Megyn was thrilled with the results, knowing their home was now protected and ready for the next phase of renovations.

This Coloma, MI homeowner was all packed up and ready to move. She was just waiting on one thing, a crawl space encapsulation. Worried about past moisture issues, she wanted to make sure nothing would hinder the sale or burden the next homeowner. For crawl space encapsulations, our crews use a plastic liner called the CleanSpace System. The CleanSpace system is an inorganic vapor barrier that won’t allow moisture to pass through or mold to grow. As you can see in the after photo, CleanSpace was used as a barrier for both the floor and walls, meaning there are absolutely no entry points for water vapor. Whoever does buy this home, will enjoy a moisture free crawl space. 

Pat noticed a pungent smell coming from her crawl space. By glancing in, she could see that water had begun to collect and mold could be the culprit of the smell. In addition, this material will create an energy-efficient crawl space by saving him money on his heating and cooling bills. 

Pat had water entering his crawl space which was making a musty smell spread throughout his house. So he called our team and we installed CleanSpace. CleanSpace is an uninterrupted vapor barrier that is applied to the walls and floor of your crawl space. It restricts all moisture, outside air, and pests from entering your crawl space. This system creates an energy-efficient crawl space, and it also gives your crawl space a clean finish.
