Water was entering Bobbie’s basement that was made of old stone walls and loose mortar. She called our team and we installed BrightWall. Brightwall is made of white, plastic panels that will provide a waterproof and stain-resistant surface. Acting as a vapor barrier, BrightWall will keep water from seeping through cracks in your basement walls. Lastly, these walls will help brighten your basement and never need painted or any other maintenance.

The homeowners in Coloma, MI had water coming into their basement at the corners. They were not sure why the water getting in, but they did know that it got worse when it rained. They did have an existing sump pump, but it was not good enough to do remove all the water they needed removed. They called Ayers Basement Systems. 

Our professional team installed the WaterGuard long lasting interior perimeter drainage system. The system sits on the top of the footing in the basement in order to prevent clogging from mud or other debris. WaterGuard works by trapping floor and wall seepage before it has a chance to damage the basement. Once the floor and wall seepage are in the drain the water is taken immediately to the sump pump. The sump pump then removes the water from the home! 

The before picture shows the system once it is put into place and the after picture shows the system once it is completely installed and covered with a fresh layer of concrete. 

Keith and Jan had water entering their basement so they called our team. In order to prevent water from flooding their basement, we installed the IceGuard Sump Pump Discharge Line System along with a few other systems. IceGuard allows water to leave even when the discharge line is frozen. Therefore, this system prevents flooding even in freezing temperatures or when the snow is piled up high. Lastly, IceGuard is totally automatic so Keith and Jan won’t have to worry about when they should turn it on or off. 

Sagging floors were becoming a problem in a customer’s home so she called our team for help. We installed SmartJack, a system produced to halt your sagging floors. Floors above crawl spaces are vulnerable due to the moisture and soils in your crawl space. The SmartJack system uses steel columns, threaded rods and a solid base to permanently address any issues your crawl space may introduce to your floors. Installing this system usually takes less than a day and it provides immediate stabilization.

Carole had issues within her ranch home basement, leading to mold and mildew. Unsure what was causing these problems, she decided to contact Ayers. An inspection later determined water was leaking into the basement through Carole's pre-existing egress window.

Carole's preexisting window was replaced with the EverLast Basement Window! Additionally, a sun house enclosure and proper cover were installed; thus, eliminating the chance any water will get in through the window! Carole was thrilled after having everything installed, as water leaks and mold were no more!
