With several cracks in her basement walls and puddles of water in her basement Diane called our team for help. She currently has three sump pumps that run constantly so we installed TripleSafe along with other systems. Our TripleSafe Sump Pump System has three pumps within one pump liner and can handle large pumping demands which will keep Diane's basement dry. A customer has had some concrete slabs sink over the past year that he has lived in his home. So our team installed PolyLevel, a waterproof and long-lasting system designed to fix concrete slabs that have sunk. It uses a polyurethane foam that expands and has a high density in order to lift the concrete slabs back to their original level. The process is quite simple and is done by drilling small holes into the concrete and then inserting the foam into the holes.

This Muskegon couple have a partially finished basement that has recently had some water intrusion. Water was coming up through cracks in the floor and was not getting expelled due to the sump pump they had being for the washer machine. We installed the WaterGuard Below Floor Drain to collect the water that was coming in and drain it to the sump pump to be discharged outside. We also installed the TripleSafe Sump Pump System to keep water out. It has 3 levels of protection for the home to water stays out even in cases of a pump failure or a power outage.
